Beautiful and clean facilities throughout the hotel.
I faced significant delays with the restaurant service. My reservation was for 7:30 PM, but the main dish didn't arrive until 9:13 PM. I was told there was a two-hour limit, which I couldn't meet due to the long wait, and the manager didn't offer any explanation or apology when I tried to cancel the rest of my order. Additionally, the hot water in my room was extremely unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold, yet the front desk didn't respond adequately to my complaint.

Quick review for busy people
Stunning design hotel with beautifully decorated rooms and a perfect location for exploring. Enjoy complimentary mini bar drinks and delicious food, albeit in smaller portions. Be prepared for potential noise from the trains if your room is facing the tracks. Staff is friendly but can be overwhelmed during busy hours.

We stayed in a King Room with View for 3 nights. The room was super modern and comfy! Loved the rain shower and the bluetooth speaker—made it feel fancy. The auto sensor nightlights were a cool touch. Plus, the balcony was perfect for chilling out and enjoying the view. All the little extras, like quality coffee and fine teas, definitely stood out. No complaints on cleanliness or comfort either. Just a really nice stay overall!

Staying at this hotel made our family trip unforgettable! The room was spacious and beautifully designed, and we loved the free daily manager's reception that made us feel right at home. Plus, its fantastic location made exploring the city super easy, especially with my mom joining us.
For dads, it would be great to have more options for children's activities.

I loved the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the old town. The interior design caught my eye with its stunning decor and stylish furnishings. The room I stayed in had really comfortable furniture and great amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including a standout French toast dish. The staff were amazing, always willing to help and providing great recommendations. However, I faced a couple of issues during my stay. My room was not ready upon arrival, which set a frustrating tone. Room service was inconsistent. I had to wait longer than expected for my breakfast and there was a mix-up with my order. Additionally, I found the air conditioning tricky to manage, as it reset to default settings when I left the room. These issues affected my overall experience, especially considering the price I paid. While I appreciated the beautiful ambiance and friendly staff, I hoped for a smoother experience in terms of service.

Amazing stay in a perfect spot!
We spent 3 nights in the Wintergarden Suite and it was fantastic! The place feels super new, and the staff are really friendly. The gym was decent for a quick workout, but not huge. In-room breakfast was a treat, and I loved the cozy vibe of the bar. Just a bit noisy at times.

The beautifully finished room came with a balcony and a stunning view. The rain shower and auto sensor nightlights made for a luxurious stay, while the breakfast buffet featured regional bread and a diverse menu. It was also thoughtful that dog amenities were provided. However, the concierge service could improve its efficiency, and the noise levels at times disrupted relaxation. The lack of a personal touch at times felt impersonal.
